Q: A while ago I was listening to Huberman’s podcast #158 from January 8/24 "How to prevent and treat colds and flus" at the 1:13:47 point he says to swish your mouth with water in the morning and swallow all that bacteria from your night time sleep to help bolster ones immune system. First time I've ever heard that!!! In Ayurvedic medicine, I thought they tongue scraped every morning, precisely to avoid ingesting that bacteria. Wondering if you have any thoughts on this? :)Thanks and good luck with the home stretch of the book writing!
