Dear Super: Vertigo & Immunity
"Recently I became overwhelmed with a severe case of vertigo ..."
Hi over there in Brooklyn....waving from the west of Ireland,
Recently I became overwhelmed with a severe case of vertigo. Couldn’t raise my head from the bathroom floor for 3 days. Nausea, wrenching, the whole gambit. Blocked Eustachian tube, still, 2 weeks on, head cold & irritant cough. Luckily I got an injection of Stemetil to help vertigo symptoms. 70 improvement Today I even got dressed!!!
Where do I begin to-regain strength, eating more raw foods? Drinking plenty of water. What supplements teas herbs would you suggest to try to loosen Eustachian tube and suppress the irritating, keeping us awake cough. Thank you 💗 — Christine

Hello Christine!
Waving back to you from Brooklyn where it’s blue-skied and nearly Spring-feeling, which isn’t normal but is pleasant.
Otherwise, oof! Your bought of vertigo sounds quite intense. I'm glad you're feeling somewhat better after the Stemetil, and hopefully by the time you've received this, even more so.
Overall, it sounds like your persistent cold is the primary issue. This is what’s causing the symptoms of coughing, and congestion that led to the tinnitus. So, addressing that illness would be the highest priority, and entail focusing on immunity — now and in the future for prevention.
