Hi Rachelle! I would love to hear your take on alkalinity and pH balance within the body. Many holistic specialists and practitioners seem to tout the idea of consuming alkaline foods and alkaline water for improved balance within the body. However, I often hear typical Western medicine practitioners (including RDs) argue that it is impossible to change the pH balance within the body just by drinking water or food, because it “doesn’t change that easily.” It is often difficult to know what is true—in many aspects of the “wellness world”—when experts on all sides seem divided. What do you think? I would be grateful for your perspective, as I think of you as my teacher whom I’ve never met before haha. Thanks in advance!

Happy Monday! I love using mushroom tincture daily for immune support and I buy from my local herbalist! When is the best time to take it? First thing in the morning? On an empty or full stomach? At night before bed?? Xx
