The savory, herbaceous green sauce I’m eating on everything lately is simple to make, and an excellent way to incorporate more fresh herbs into your routine. I use basil, parsley, cilantro, and mint all at once but even just one will do. Chives are nice, and fennel is fantastic. Consider it a template (but of course) and customize as you please.
