Let’s talk about Immune Health this winter
Supporting immune this time of year is an essential practice, especially after travel I’m doubling down on my routine.
Here are some practices that remain tried & true for me:
Incorporating herbal teas, all day everyday. Think warming herbs, like ginger and turmeric.
Increasing plant foods, especially in the form of soups, stews and nourish bowls (hint: add cilantro, parsley & dill to everything).
Big Bold Health’s whole suite of immune-system rejuvenation products and, as seen below, the HTB Rejuvenate, a formula based on plant intelligence more than individual vitamins or minerals. It’s a full-spectrum, custom blend of phytonutrients that occur naturally in Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat (HTB).
Staying moving (even when sick!) this could simply be a short walk around the block or a yoga flow to get circulation going.
Resting when possible, taking evenings & days off to full unwind and get deep sleep.
