I will be honest, I would listen to your podcast and wisdom regardless of length. I often bookmark episodes (like I will this one for when I need those specific lung herbs and will refer back and make appropriate notes in my herb notebook). I haven’t felt like you’ve put out one podcast that isn’t in one way or another affecting all of us. So length is up to you entirely! I personally am forever interested in stress management (referring back to my 2 young kids that wear me down) and focus support. I’d also love it if you’d address how the nervous system of HSP can be supported. I am one, and that can be good as times and very bad most others. Anyway, I’m always rambling. Needless to say, you put out relevant, helpful and useful topics :)
Hi! I am a podcast gal and can't get enough of them. I love long ones :) I have yet to do a dive into your essays, but need to get on that as I find your insights SO helpful! Thanks as always for all you share :)
This will come as no surprise, but joining in with the others to say that I'll always be looking forward to catching up with your podcast no matter the length! As far as I'm concerned, I LOVE a long episode, in fact I enjoy yours so much I often find myself listening to them over a couple of days to make them last a little longer! :D I do miss the original video version of Ask The Herbalist , but understand that this format is easier to work with for a majority of us.
Endlessly grateful for all the wonderful content, art, inspiration and magic you tirelessly share with us all. Sending you love!
Ahh, thanks Meg! I really appreciate your feedback, support, and presence here—as always. (+There will be more video in the future!) Receiving your love, returning it, and looking forward to ever more exchanges to come.
Hello! I see that you sometimes post about your HRV (heart rate variability) and RHR (resting heart rate). Can you talk more about why they are important; what are good numbers based on age range/ activity level? Why heart health is important and what are some good herbs for the heart 💚 thanks!
Hi Amy! Thanks for asking. You're right, I love measuring HRV and there's a ton to learn from it! Here is a past episode where I talk a lot about it (in case you haven't heard that one yet): https://open.substack.com/pub/ursupernatural/p/recording-july-14th-office-hours?r=ogesz&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web And to your other question about heart health, I'm adding that to the queue to chat about in an upcoming episode! It's not come up yet so I look forward to diving into it. Back with more info soon!
Hi! I come to Substack to listen mainly (on my phone), I don’t tend to read longreads here or on my phone. However I do love to read and really found the artikel that you wrote about: ‘are feelings facts’ so inspiring. But everything written I like to read on my laptop, coming via email. I guess its just habits really. About the length I guess it depends on how many topics. It can vary. My two cents 🍀 thank you, Heidi Camilla
Personally I LOVE the podcasts and the links to extra resources. Anything on herbs 🌿 For me this is the best, I probably don’t read newsletters as much. Also like long podcasts :)
Whatever length your podcast are I’m also eager to listen!
Aw, thanks Maria!

Thanks Daniela! Always such great feedback you give. I appreciate it, and I hear your interest+request. Adding them to the queue now. <3
I’m so happy to hear that!! Thank you Rachelle! I’m very eager and excited to hear your thoughts! 🙏🙏🙏

Thanks so much for the feedback, Heidi! (And I'm glad you enjoyed the Feelings-Facts piece. That was one of my favorites to create ...)
You quickly commented on a book club. I would love for you to do this! 💯
Hearing this. I'm going to consider it!
