Hi, Thanks so much for all the great information from last weeks session! Q- regarding food and the CGM. Have any foods spiked your glucose that you were surprised about? Have you made any lifestyle/dietary changes based on the data you are collecting?
Question regarding mold in the body. Just found out I have it (!!) Any tips/herbal recommendations (besides sauna and chlorella) you have would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi Rachelle! Would love to hear your thoughts on juicing (*mostly greens, very little fruits*). I LOVE how it makes me feel and I understand some of the benefits but also feel bad about purposely not having the fiber too...? If you feel like it can be beneficial, how would it be best to implement it into one's routine? As a weekly, full-day thing? Or a daily add-on to break a fast? Thanks so much! Looking forward to yet another amazing session <3
