Hi Rachelle! Would love to hear your thoughts on juicing (*mostly greens, very little fruits*). I LOVE how it makes me feel and I understand some of the benefits but also feel bad about purposely not having the fiber too...? If you feel like it can be beneficial, how would it be best to implement it into one's routine? As a weekly, full-day thing? Or a daily add-on to break a fast? Thanks so much! Looking forward to yet another amazing session <3

Really interested to hear about improving HRV and how to measure 'progress' based on one's own 'normal' range (I've read that 'normal' can vary from person to person quite a lot). Also interested to hear about HRV from a nervous system regulation perspective. Thanks for the work that you do!
