Citrus (peels in particular) are one of the greatest herbal digestive aids (which is also why they’re in our Digestness HRBLS). And now, a new study suggests that pectin extracted from citrus peels may also help lower anxiety and depression.
Is protein powder a scam? If you don’t think so, my go-to (for years) has been FORM nutrition’s, which I like for the simplicity of the ingredients, the macros, serving size, and perfect dissolve-ability in just-water, which is typically how I’m doing it—post-surf, mid-flight, or sometimes as dessert.
Researchers have successfully germinated a 1,000-year-old seed from a tree species believed to be extinct, which may have been the source of a medicinal balm mentioned in ancient texts.
