Not related to this article per say. But if you have any favorite peloton instructors please share:) I just signed up for the app. I don’t have the machines but the access to variety of exercises are a good value!

I agree about the value! I'm not even using my bike right now but I do strength every day. My favorites tend to be Rebecca and Rad, Olivia (for the bike, almost exclusively, love her). Strength for runners with Becs are always great. Matty has incredible core classes. Tunde for all strength. Robin is classic. My favorite way to do it is to filter by the time I have to spend, the body part I want to work on, and then sort by Hardest first. From there, I just work my way down. :)

awesome thanks for sharing!! there are so many options -I dont want to get paralyzed by making choices :D love the use of the filters.
