Either this guy’s full of bullshit or he’s a genius, ...” This is a must-read. Note the fine line between good intentions and bad science, the politics of health, the proximity of functional health (in quotes in the article) to public health, the blurring of natural health and distrust of only certain experts (scientists? politicians? but not media personalities or entrepreneurial physicians) ... There is a LOT in this, and in store for the future of "wellness" as we've known it. (See also this hot take, which could not be more spot-on IMO. (On a lighter note, my mom worked with Jeffrey Bland (mentioned in the article) for many, many years, and I grew up taking his supplements. I now work with him at Big Bold Health. She and Bland also supported some of Mark Hyman's programs during the Canyon Ranch days. They've all been at it a long time.)

Hi Rachelle, thank you for sharing this. The Mark Hyman article was fascinating! I wondered if I may ask about histamine? If there are any herbal interventions that can support the overproduction of it?
